Good things come to those who wait or, in this case, those who arrive early. If you want to have breakfast at Epcot, Kringla Bakeri OG Cafe is hands-down the best spot. The bakery/cafe serves delectable pastries from the Nordic country in the Norwegian Pavillion.
The menu includes some sweet and savory pastries and some desserts. Their school bread is famous and would go great with coffee or tea for breakfast. Another popular menu item is the Norwegian Kringla, a pretzel pastry with almond or chocolate topping.
La Cantina De San Angel
Location: Mexico Pavillion

La Cantina de San Angel is a Mexican quick-service restaurant located outside the Mexican Pavillion facing the World Showcase Lagoon. It doesn’t have a breakfast menu, but their tortilla wraps should be your go-to if you’re in the mood for something a bit more savory. Plus, the view from the outdoor area is simply beautiful.
It opens early at 10 AM so that you can go there for breakfast and you might not find many people there either as it’s supposed to be a lunch and dinner restaurant.
Les Halles Boulangerie Pattisserie

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is a French bakery inside the French Pavillion. And you know, when it’s French, it’s all about the croissants and fancy pastries.
This bakery has plenty of options on the menu you can give a try for breakfast, from the good old pain au chocolat (chocolate croissant) to creme brulee (vanilla custard with caramel topping).
If you want something more filling in the morning, they also serve sandwiches, including ham and cheese and the sweeter and lighter brie, apple, and cranberry sandwich. You can also get savory pastries like quiches here.
Crepes À Emporter

In the mood for some crepes? You can get delicious savory and sweet crepes at the Crepes A Emporter, which is a new quick-service restaurant just outside the table service La Creperie de Paris.
You can get the Ratatouille Galette, a savory crepe with tomato, eggplant, and zucchini. Among the sweet offerings, the Hazzlenut & Chocolate Spread crepes are worth trying.
Connections Cafe

If you just want a simple, quick breakfast, the Connections Cafe offers Starbucks coffee, some pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The Connections Cafe has the most coffee options of all the breakfast quick-service places. You can also get iced tea and Chai Tea Latte.
Table Service Restaurants for Breakfast at Epcot
For breakfast, there aren’t that many table service restaurants. You’d need to reserve a table in advance at these restaurants.
La Creperie De Paris

The only table service restaurant that opens early and is suitable for breakfast is the La Creperie de Paris in the French Pavillion. It’s from Chef Jerome Bocuse, who is behind the other two French restaurants in the pavilion, Chefs de France and Monsieur Paul.
The restaurant also offers a Prix Fixe (fixed price) option on the breakfast menu that gets you the day’s soup, a savory crepe (galette), a drink, and a dessert crepe. But of course, you can also order anything else on the menu. There’s also a cheaper prix fixe for kids.
This restaurant is pricier than quick-service counters.

If the breakfast choices at Epcot don’t get you excited for any reason, there are more options at nearby resorts. You don’t need to be a resort guest to dine at these restaurants. These resorts are nearer to the other entrance of Epcot, the Epcot International Gateway.
